Who This Role Is For
This position is designed for someone who approaches canine behavior from the perspective of an engaged observer rather than a practitioner. The role supports the work of the Satellite™ framework through communication, coordination, and organization.

Individuals primarily seeking a path into dog training or behavior consulting will likely find the position frustrating. The work focuses on helping coordinate and communicate the consulting practice rather than performing behavior work directly.

Early-Career Opportunity
Satellite™ welcomes applications from motivated individuals at the beginning of their professional careers. Strong candidates may include recent high school graduates, college-bound students taking a gap year, or early college students seeking meaningful real-world experience.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a long-time entrepreneur and consulting professional while gaining practical experience in business operations, communication, scheduling, and client coordination.
The position provides direct exposure to how an independent consulting practice functions and how consulting work is organized, communicated, and delivered.

Compensation
Compensation for this position is performance-based and tied to consulting work that is successfully scheduled and coordinated. The role is structured so that the coordinator receives a percentage of consulting engagements that they help organize and book.
